Main Entrance

Requirement	Use Light Arrow
Description	Hitting the sun switch above the boss warp platform to spawn the stray fairy chest.
Notes	Is able to be spawned on the uninverted side but only accessible on the inverted side.
Vanilla item	Stone Tower Stray Fairy

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Hookshot
Description	After lighting the sun block away, hookshot to the inverted compass chest to gain access to the two red rupee checks.
Notes	Possible to roll peek through the wall. Zora gainer and Fierce Deity can climb the ledge to access these checks.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask
Description	In the elbow hallway to the dexi hand in the inverted bridge room is a switch that when pressed will spawn the third Stone Tower Small Key.
Notes	Possible to spawn the chest and avoid the cutscene if you reach the inverted bridge room load zone before the chest spawn animation occurs.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, Use Fire Arrow
Description	Melting the ice eye switch will spawn a stray fairy chest.
Notes	Able to spawn on the uninverted side.

Requirement	Uninverted Stone Tower Access, Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, Elegy of Emptiness
Description	Step on the underwater switch on the uninverted side, then use elegy on the blue switch on the inverted side to clear the fire ring giving access to the stray fairy chest.
Notes	One of the most annoying checks in the game.

Description	Past the floor switch in the elbow hallway has a dexi hand that will assist the player from falling off as well as collecting the three rupee checks.
Notes	Able to damage boost across from the inverted bridge to the dexi hand for these checks.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 1 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Defeating the Wizzrobe will spawn a fairy chest that Hookshot can reach to gain access to the upper ledge.
Notes	Fire Wizzrobe has 16 health. Runners usually skip the normal intended way to reach this room by going reverse after skipping majority of the dungeon.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 1 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Use Hookshot on the inverted chest to gain access to the fairy pot.
Notes	If you miss the fairy, you can reload the room by voiding or taking the staircase.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 1 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Small key chest surrounded by a fire ring that is dispelled only while the blue floor switch is depressed.
Notes	Using Elegy of Emptiness is the intended way but using Hookshot gives you enough time to open the chest before the fing ring returns.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 2 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Defeating the Eyegore will spawn the Giant's Mask chest.
Notes	Eyegore has 8 health. There are strategies to defeat the Eyegore from below using Light Arrows as well as a way to hookshot the chest on both sides.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 2 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Defeat Gomess the mini-boss to gain access to the boss key chest.
Notes	Gomess has 20 health. Using Light Arrow to dispel the Bad Bats and then damage Gomess. Explosives can also dispel the Bad Bats but only for a brief window.

Requirement	Use Light Arrow, Deku Mask, STT 2 Key Access, Hookshot
Description	Gain access to these checks by using Hookshot on the inverted side chest that spawns from hitting the crystal switch and hookshoting the hookshot target beyond the moving floor spike.
Notes	Goron pound or a well timed jump slash after hookshotting the inverted side chest can get you over the moving floor spike.

Description	Gain access to these checks by using Hookshot on the inverted side chest that spawns from hitting the crystal switch and hookshoting the hookshot target beyond the moving floor spike.
Notes	Able to roll jump for the closest rupees, Zora Rangs for the furthest. One Zora boomerang can only collect one item at a time and will swap the item when pass through another. Goron rolling above the rupees can also collect these checks but this is a trick and is not in casual logic.

Description	Defeating Twinmold will spawn the Boss Blue Warp with the Stone Tower Boss Warp check shown inside. The item shown inside the Boss Blue Warp is the Stone Tower Boss Warp check.
Notes	First item collected is the Stone Tower Boss Warp check. The second will be the Boss Blue Warp if you have not collected it in the current cycle.
